02 Your Job

Tasks.

  • Be part of our Customer Support Team that installs and maintains our wet chemical equipment at customer site in Europe and the USA

  • Make a difference for our customer in performing upgrades in our tools, driving and completing start-ups

  • Troubleshoot, repair and modify modules and set prevention measures

  • Create installation and service reports

  • You will be the link between our customers and the team at home

03 Your Action

Skills.

  • You have a technical education in electronic, mechatronics, automation or mechanical engineering

  • Ideally, you have already worked in technical customer support

  • You are customer and solution-oriented with a hands-on mentality

  • You are keen to travel abroad (US, Europe) up to 70% of your work time

  • Very good languages skills in both German & English

We will assist you with all relocation matters for your family and yourself and will provide an apartment for up to 3 months. Permanent relocation to Austria is appreciated but not required.
