That’s your NEX job: 

  • You independently handle order processing for international shipping.
  • As the first point of contact for internal orders, you coordinate the process from order confirmation to shipping.
  • You take care of the deliveries of semiconductor process systems from packaging to collection by shipping companies and customs clearance.
  • You will be responsible for written and telephone communication with partners and service providers
  • You support our sales team and the office management team
  • You process invoices and complaint cases in the administrative area
  • You support with administrative activities (e.g. data/system maintenance, evaluations, customer and supplier
  • reception, travel planning, office organization and administration, etc.)
  • You will be involved in the implementation of various projects

Your Profile.

  • You have a background in business administration
  • Ideally, you already have experience in order processing, logistics and/or administrative activities
  • You like to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills and high reliability
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
