You ensure high-level customer satisfaction with a dedication to technical details, problem-solving skills, and an open-minded character. Your broad technical education and solution-oriented thinking are the basis for your work in commissioning and optimizing machines and applications.

You will work directly with our international customers and be the technical expert on-site for our products. In the project‘s initial phase, you will work at one of our company branches. As an expert in your field, you take care of the final commissioning at our international customer‘s site.

NEXTALENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER.

As a customer support engineer, you will accompany projects from the very beginning at our headquarters until the delivery to the customer‘s site. That means you will be traveling a lot in your job. If you are interested in other countries and cultures, then this position fits perfectly to you.

Ideally, you have already completed your education for this position. A challenging year awaits you, during which you will certainly outgrow yourself. Don‘t worry – your supervisor and many colleagues are there to support you and give you the best possible foundation for your most important task: working with the customer.
